Worry . . . It's universal. At any given moment 70% of the population is worrying about something. While we all know that worry doesn't add anything to our lives we still worry. We worry about the things we are most devoted to. Then our emotion follows our devotion. Before long we are in a tail spin of worry--hyper focused on things that are uncertain and things we have little control over. So how do we stop worrying?
